You retain all ownership rights to your data. We only process your data to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Amazon sales data or customer information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPLUS AUTO PARTS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Interruptions or errors in the Amazon SP-API.
- Delays in data synchronization due to Amazon rate limits.
- Any loss of profits or business opportunities.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your Amazon Seller Account is suspended.
- You fail to pay subscription fees, if applicable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
